Curriculum Intent

Science enables students to become informed citizens. They gain a breadth of knowledge about how the world works, and how our ideas about the world were developed.  Students will develop a number of skills including analysis of data and concepts, following methods, measuring, recording, and evaluation of conclusions.  In doing so, they will be consolidating their maths skills in practical settings, preparing them to use them effectively in the future.
