We want to support all students to achieve their potential during their Post-16 studies. We seek to provide a welcoming and diverse environment in the following ways:

• Post-16 is a quiet, calm and respectful environment.

• Students have more freedom to express their identity through the flexible dress code.

• Students are encouraged to discuss and report any health issues with their tutor, teachers and post-16 team so we can support them in and out of school.

• Teachers identify and ensure they support students who require additional help to succeed in their courses including with adaptation and exam access arrangements where appropriate.

• We have international students studying at Post-16 for a term so students may get the chance to learn about other cultures. We have hosted students from Italy and Japan in the last few years.
