Years 12 & 13

We are a thriving, busy community of 270 students studying over 30 subjects, ranging from A Levels to entry level courses. We support students through a tutorial system that aims to help students achieve their full potential.

We aim to provide a high quality educational experience for our Sixth Form students. They leave Aston Academy with a clear pathway for their futures. Many go on to university and others have successful work-based learning opportunities.

The enrichment opportunities on offer give Aston Sixth Form it's special appeal. Sixth Form students have the chance to visit our partner school in Makunduchi, Zanzibar; sail a Tall Ship; Peer Mentor Year 7 students; become a School Ambassador, run their own Common Room and extend their studies through language exchanges and field trips.

Our aim is to take our students on to their next challenge well equipped with a portfolio of qualifications, skills and and experiences that reflect their true ability.
