COVID 19 VACCINATIONS

Second dose Covid  vaccination sessions are being held at school 11th-13th January 2022.  Students eligible should be aged between 12-15 year old and  with a 12 week gap after testing positive for covid-19.    

Any pupils who are now 12 year old and require first dose or who are aged 16 year old needing 2nd dose, would need to book in for their vaccines at the national vaccination centres through 119. 

Please complete the electronic consent form on the school if you would like your child to be included on the session.
